Jim King Realty, Inc. was founded by James A. King in 1958 in New Port Richey, Florida. Jim King Realty, Inc. had two offices, one in Holiday, Florida and one in New Port Richey, Florida. Jim King was very active in the development and growth of Pasco County before deciding to return to his home town of Chiefland, Florida to open a Real Estate and Development Office. In 1973, Jim King Realty, Inc. opened its Chiefland office at the site which is now the Chiefland Regional Shopping Center located on U.S. 19, and moved to its present location in downtown Chiefland in 1975. Jim King Realty, Inc. is a family business that has always prided itself in customer satisfaction. Jim King always believed that the formula to success in the Real Estate business was going the extra mile in serving customers with honesty and integrity. Jim King Realty, Inc. is the oldest Realtor in Chiefland. There is no substitute for experience.
